so this customer tried to tell me she didnt break this, and demanded a new one. I told her this, 'doesnt just happen,' but she insisted that it broke on its own. aint that some shit
my new toy. its cute huh? ^_____^

you should have told her warranty does not cover acts of God, since it miraculously broke ^_^
